Fresh juice of fruits such as apple, papaya and pineapple work as an excellent cleanse dietifier.
Apple-celery Juice: Apples being rich in antioxidants, and using natural skin care products
and so on. If these problems persists or occur
frequently, then there arises a need for cleanse dietification.
Welcome to theholiday hangover, a gift no one wants to

But I missed the carbohydrates. In July, he found a pen.

Um.....keep trying to save the world. There are probably less than a few thousand toygers in existence, which doesn't mean anything in the scheme of "cats on the rampage" and probably most of them are neuter or spay...secondly, many people who get toygers may not have considered cats good pets before they saw the toyger (it is different in person, let me tell you)...which could lead them to loving cats in general, which may lead to them rescuing a cat(s) someday...you cannot paint such things with a broad brush....Oh and another thing, there are more tigers in back-yards in America than there are left in the wild....maybe this breed of cat will help these ignorant folks get off of the tiger crack.

Joe - my mom made Gaduna (as we called it also) every Thanksgiving. This past year was the first time in about 20 years that I was not able to get it and it really made me sad. I've ordered the seeds for it and have grown it myself but last year we had an early snowstorm and it killed my beloved Gaduna. I'm planting them again this year because even though Oceanmist grows it and sells it to supermarkets - it's not a guarantee that they will have it. Last year no one did. I live in Lords Valley, Pa but grew up in Brooklyn, NY where the italian vegetable stores always had it, but there are no more Italian veggie stores, they're all run by Asians now and they don't sell them.

Happy New Year.
I for one am glad we are having colder weather. Frankly, the over-warm winters freak me out, as they demonstrate global climate change--oh, not the individual temps on any one day, but the trends. And that is, frankly, frightening.

It's sad, isn't it, how so many people don't value the natural world these days? I love your habit of sleeping with the window open a bit. A couple times last winter I did that and got to hear an Eastern Screech Owl in the woods just behind the house. It was a great reminder that the animals are out there living their lives all around us, even as we sleep. I feel sorry for people who see wildlife as "the enemy." They're missing something really special.

We have coyotes off and on here in the mountains of central Virginia. The hunters and sometimes the farmers shoot at them and chase them with dogs, which sends them higher into the mountains, but they eventually come back. I keep my small dog close by when I know they're around, but like to hear them singing at night and in the early morning.

My family ate them (burdock) we parboiled them first then dipped in a beaten egg and the dredged in flour and pan fried in olive oil. I just bought some cardone in my local supermarket and it looked different from what I remember as a child. The stalks are bigger otherwise they look similar. They came with a tag that listed ocean mist farms www.oceanmist.com so I checked it out. The plant is related to the artichoke family and resembles the burdock plant so I assume that my ancestors must have mistaken this for what they picked in the old country. Both plants belong to the thistle family so their probably related and taste similar.
